Phase 6.1 & 6.2

Phase 6.1 will be built where Hardy court previously resided with 6.2 being built where Charles Hocking House currently sit. The regeneration of this area will provide the ‘Community Hub’ with facilities for the continued services offered by existing community groups. In Phase 6.1 148 new homes will be built above the retail units located on the ground floor. The building itself will be made up of three residential cores which will be called Munster, Barbour and Donne Court and be ready from Winter 2019 through to Spring 2020.

Within the retail units a new home for the Oaktree Community Centre and the Bollo Youth Club will be provided together with commercial retail space for which we are seeking interest from supermarket and café operators. In addition to the community and retail space around 280 new homes will be provided. L&Q the landlord for the new buildings will also have a permenant office built here. Levitt Bernstein are the architects  that designed both phase 6.1 and 6.2.

We have held two exhibition, where residents got opportunitys to see and give feedback on the designs and layouts. The planning application for this phase was approved in May 2016, the documents for this application can be found using Ealing Council's Planning Portal and the reference number (160793RES)

Residents from Barwick House, Cheltenham Place,  Belgrave Close, Bucklands Walk, Cheltenham Place and Avenue Road will have the opportunity to move here in the future.
