Pevensey Court located along Park Road North is part of what is known as Phase 10.1 along with residents of Glamis Court and Arundel House. Residents from this phase will be moving into Phase 6.2 or 9.2 Spring-Summer 2021. Phase 6.2 will be where Charles Hocking House currently sits and Phase 9.2 will be where Buchan House currently resides. Theses new buildings have not been designed yet so there is an opportunity for you to be involved if you would like to - just contact a member of the team. Vacant possession of Arundel House will be Summer 2021.
Secure Ealing Council residents and leaseholders will be contacted approximately 18-24 months ahead of the demolition of their building to begin the reallocation or buy back processes. Vacant possession of this phase will be Summer 2021.
