Doyle House located along Osborne Road, is part of what is known as Phase 9.5 along with residents of Jerome Tower. Residents from this phase will be moving into Phase 6.2 or 9.2 around Spring 2021. Phase 6.2 will be where Charles Hocking House currently sits and Phase 9.2 will be where Buchan House currently resides.
Secure Ealing Council residents and leaseholders will be contacted approximately 18-24 months ahead of the demolition of their building to begin the reallocation or buy back processes. Vacant possession of the building will be the end of Winter 2021.
