Frampton Court located in Cheltenham Place, is part of what is known as Phase 7.2 along with residents of Belgrave Close, Bucklands Walk, Cheltenham Place and Avenue Road. Secure Council Residents from this phase will be moving into 6.1 or 7.1 between Spring 2019 and Summer 2020. Vacant possession for everyone living within this building will be required by Autumn 2020. Phase 6.1 will be where Hardy Court currently sits and Phase 7.1 will be to the North East of South Acton where Ragley Close and Church Road are located, please see the map below to help you see where this is.
All residents of Frampton Court were asked to complete their housing need survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Frampton1. For tenants who have expressed an interest to moving to Phase 4 the priority of allocations will be made based on those with the longest tenancy where tenants moved into this Phase 4 Summer 2017. If you have not completed your survey please contact a member of the regeneration team for support. Phase 4 is located between Osborne Road and Bollo Bridge Road - further information about this phase can be found: www.yoursouthacton.co.uk/phases/phase-4. All other tenants will be conatcted closer to the time Phase 6.1 and 7.2 will be ready.
