Beaumaris Tower located central to Park Road North and East is known as Phase 10.2 along with Harlech Tower and Corfe Tower. Residents from this phase will be moving into Phase 8.2, 8.3, 9.4, 9.5 or 10.1 between Spring - Summer 2023.
Secure Ealing Council residents and leaseholders will be contacted approximately 18-24 months ahead of the demolition of their building to begin the reallocation or buy back processes. Vacant possession of the building is anticipated to be around Winter 2023.
