The location, the strong sense of community and green space

The features which most people dislike about South Acton are:

Anti-social behaviour, poor condition of the homes and blocks, and that the area can feel unsafe

Most residents would like to see changes with:

New homes, parks and play areas improved, and better community facilities

Currently the most used facilities are:

The community centre and the play areas

Additional facilities which people would like to see are facilities for:

Children, teenagers and older people

Sustainability:

Approximately 45% of residents spoken to said they wanted to grow their own food

Residents biggest concerns are:

Affordability of new properties, disruption and lack of communication whilst the redevelopment takes place
